Description:
"From the bestselling author of On Dublin Street, 'Scotland's EL James' (Sunday Post) comes a seductive story of forgiving the past and making up for lost time....

Shannon MacLeod has always gone for the wrong type of man. After she drifted from one toxic relationship to the next, her last boyfriend gave her a wake-up call in the worst possible way. With her world shattered, she's sworn off men - especially those of the bad-boy variety.

Cole Walker is exactly the sort that Shannon wants to avoid - gorgeous, tattooed, charming, and cocky. But his rough exterior hides a good man - one who's determined to pull Shannon from her self-imposed solitude and win her heart.

As Shannon begins to open up, the passion between them ignites to blazing levels. But when her past comes back to haunt her, her fears may destroy the trust Cole has built between them - and tear them apart for good . .

Oh Oh OH OH! Cole, Cole, Cole!! I have been looking forward to reading Cole's story for ages! We first meet him as a teenager in "Down London Road" He is Jo's wee brother and is so shy and adorable! You just want to hug him and tell him everything is going to be OK. And as the series progresses we see Cole growing up and now we get his story. And OMG! This is quite possibly my favourite book in the series.

Echoes of Scotland Street tells the story of Shannon and Cole. They both met as teenagers but it isn't until Shannon moves to Edinburgh and starts working as a receptionist in INKcarnate that they meet again and sparks instantly fly! I adore Shannon, she is wee and feisty but she has her issues and that makes her more likable. Cole yeah well, Cole is just lovely! We know his back story already and he has grown up into an amazing man! He sexy as hell but he is kind and lovely. Together these two characters have chemistry that just sizzles. It's hot and steamy. And of course what Dublin Street novels wouldn't be complete with drama! And let's not forget all the amazing characters for all the previous books.

The story is such an easy read that you can read it all in one sitting (I did it in two because I had to go to work lol) the plot, the character development, the setting all just flows perfectly making it so addictive. I just wanted to get back from work so I could read more and more. I couldn't help but fall in love. Samantha Young just has a way of getting into my head with her writing. Quite possibly because her characters are all so believable and likable. OK well not all the character's. Most of Shannon's "family" are horrible and as we learn from her story you just can't help but hate them!!

If you have read the previous book I highly recommend getting a copy of Echoes of Scotland Street. For me it's the best one yet.  It's hot, sexy and freaking emotional! I cried and I laughed, you can't help but laugh when the full "Tribe" get together. They just have a powerful dynamic that is completely unique to anything I have ever read.

Now to wait for the next instalment......I don't think I can!! I am super excited to read the one!!!!
