"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted on Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating
This week's pre-publication "can't-wait-to-read" selection is:
No Such Thing as Forever (Three Little Words) by Ali Cronin
UK: 5th Jan 2012
US: 5th July 2012
This isn't gritty. This isn't glamorous. This is real life. "Three Little Words" is the irresistible new romantic series for teenage readers. Real sex. Real teens. There's always one page each book will fall open at. One scene that gets people talking. The sexiest, most romantic scene. The kind you don't want to read in public. Four girls. Three boys. Turning 18. Get set to follow their eventful final year at school.
WHY? I think this sounds like my kind of book just now. I love my paranormal but lately I have been enjoy more and more contemporary fiction and this sound like a fantastic YA. So I may just need to preorder this book soon. Also I adore the cover. I love the colours together and the simple image of a couple kissing. :)
Whats your WOW??
I've never seen this one since today! Awesome pick here's my Waiting on Wednesday post
ReplyDeleteSounds good. Sometimes I feel some stories are too... PG because of possible backlash. Which I understand, but those that aren't, are usually great.

I have to agree with Petra - it's nice to have some books that push the YA limit sometimes. I've read a few but those have been sort of not good, maybe because they've been afraid to offend.
ReplyDeleteAnyway. Nice choice! Nice cover and it sounds great too - it's going on my wishlist, I'd love to try it and see if it lives up to it's blurb.
Cait's WoW this week
Never have heard of that one but it sounds great.
ReplyDeleteOh this is the first time I see this one. I sometimes need a break from paranormals as well. Great pick!
